Principal's Page

I am so very excited to serve as the Principal of Willowbrook Middle School. This fall will mark the beginning of my fourteenth year in education, and in my mind there really is no better place to do this than WMS. Prior to becoming a Principal, I had the pleasure of starting my teaching career in this very same building. Over the course of nine years, the experiences I had gave me the confidence to step into leadership. I spent the last three years as an Assistant Principal at Stephen Mack Middle School, in Rockton. I am eager to take this next step as building Principal where I can continue to do what I love at a place I love.

On a personal note, I grew up in the Roscoe area and have lived in the Prairie Hill School District for the last fifteen years. My husband, Kenny and I, have been married for fourteen years and have three beautiful children. Harrison (9), Reed (6) and Stella (4). I enjoy watching each of them develop their own personalities and absolutely love that they get to experience first hand the greatness of this district.

I feel honored to have another opportunity to be a part of this district and work alongside its amazing staff, students, and community members. My goal will always be to help foster a positive, educational environment where students not only excel academically but also build the confidence to become their unique selves. I look forward to a great school year and can’t wait to interact more with all of you!
