Computer Lab Activity Three (html editor)

1) Open page from Lab Activity One.
2) Open page from Lab Activity Two in a new tab.
3) Create a new page (blank document, in a new tab).

4) Title page and  save.    
Save it to: your name on server dc-1

(You should have three web pages open, each in its own tab).

5) On the new page resize it to 650 px wide.
6) Add a bitmap images as a background.Check the "URL is relative to page location" box.
7) Save page  and exit.

8)  In GIMP create a banner.  The banner should:

•        be 650 x 150 px
•        have a text 'headline' of your choosing.
•        the rest of the banner should  be of your own design.
•        be saved as a .jpg to your name on server dc-1

9) Open page from Lab Activity One.
10) Open page from Lab Activity Two in a new tab.
11)  Open page for this activity in a new tab.
12 ) Insert the banner at the top of the third page.Check the "URL is relative to page location" box.
13) Add text (either copy and paste from a previous assignment from WORD
       or by typing directly into the page.
14)  Paste two images onto the page.Check the "URL is relative to page location" box.  Align one image to the left and the other to the right.
15) Save  page and demo the page in 'browse' for the teacher.
