To install GIMP from CD, open Windows Explore.  Navigate to the folder that is your CD (typically drive D:  but that may vary from Computer to computer)....
1) You must  install the GTK program first by double clicking on the GTK 2.4 file
- (this program MUST be installed before GIMP or GIMP will not install)  

2) Install gimp 2.2 by double clicking on it and accepting the defaults - it should work just fine.  

3) Install nvu by double clicking on the nvu-1.0-win32-installer-full and follow directions

4) Finally install OO (open office productivity suite) open the OOo1.4_win32intel
-install folder and double click on the setup file.  follow directions

I've included both versions of OpenOffice on this disc.  We use v1.1.4 in the computer
lab because it runs better on our older computers.  

To install Version 2 of Open Office, double click on the OOo_2.0.0_Win32Intel_install file and follow directions.


Please Note:  The CD distributed  IS NOT an autorun CD.  You will need to view the contents of the CD in order to install each individual program.
