Message from the Superintendent - Ted Rehl

Ted RehlWelcome to our Website. Within in these pages you will find every bit of information you might require as a parent, a family seeking a new school district, or one in search of an example of educational excellence. The Prairie Hill School District is a gateway community on the Northern Illinois state line. The District is part suburb, part rural farmland and 100% committed to offering the finest instructional program in the area. The District is a perfect storm combining the powerful commitment of its parents, its uniquely gifted students and its uncompromising faculty dedicated to do whatever it takes to insure student success. It is truly a simple formula, everything we do we do for our students. We keep students at the center and we do that passionately, consistently and caringly. We invite you to visit us, get to know us, and come to understand what a great education looks like.

Your School Board has four candidates for three vacant seats on the April 7th ballot. For certain, the majority of us do not know who the candidates are, nor what they stand for. We are asking that you make your vote a priority on this election day. In order for that to happen, you have to meet the candidates. Please take the opportunity to come and listen to the candidates opinions and concerns and judge for yourself which of them you will entrust with the political and fiscal health of PHSD. It is and always will be, about the children.
